If you don’t see visible improvement in 90 days, we’ll reformulate.

2. Ethical Responsibility

To minimize delays and administrative formalities, no physical return of products is accepted.
A maximum of one (1) identical order may be resent in case of delivery blockage.

3. Refund Conditions

Once payment has been authorized by credit card or any other payment method, it becomes final and non-reversible.
No right of withdrawal applies.

A refund will only be granted under the following conditions:

Proven impossibility to manufacture the ordered product;

In Canada, failure to ship an identical replacement product;

Internationally, logistical impossibility to send a second parcel.

The refund amount corresponds only to the amount paid for the product order.
Bank fees, import charges, local charges, and any other related costs are non-refundable.

4. Shipping Guarantee and Tracking

The shipping guarantee depends on our suppliers and international export/import conditions, which are beyond our control.
However, we ensure regular follow-up and transparent communication to keep you informed of delivery timelines to the best of our knowledge.

5. Customs and Import Fees

We commit to maintaining continuous shipment tracking. In collaboration with the client, we provide all necessary information to handle any delay, incident, or customs issue.

All customs clearance fees, local taxes, and import duties are entirely at the client’s expense. As an indication, these costs generally do not exceed 150 CAD/EUR per shipment (approximately 18% of the product price).

Our company assumes no responsibility in the event of destruction or confiscation of products due to local regulations, blockage, or detention of goods by customs or import authorities resulting from the client’s failure or delay in payment of these fees or partial provision of information.

6. Responsible Use of the Product

By placing an order, the client agrees to:

Use the product solely for its intended purpose and personal use;

Not distribute, transfer, or assign the product to any third party (individual or entity).

Any fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant use of the product, or use by a person other than the one designated in the order, is the sole responsibility of the client.

7. Liability and Compliance

Our liability is strictly limited to the above terms.
By validating an order, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy without reservation.
